Submit a Request

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide information that helps us locate your records, such as the email address you used when interacting with BlueSpot Guide.
Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, or payment card details.

Verification and Authorized Agents
For requests to access, correct, or delete information, we may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request proof of authorization and, where permitted, confirmation from you.
Response Timing
Where California law requires it, we will respond to requests to know, delete, or correct within 45 calendar days. If a permitted extension is needed, we will notify you and explain the reason.
Exceptions
Certain information and requests are subject to legal exceptions. If we cannot complete all or part of a request, we will explain the applicable reason.
