This page explains how to submit a request asking BlueSpot Guide, a brand of BlueSpot Advertising, LLC, not to sell or share your personal information.
What “Sell” and “Share” Mean
Under California privacy law, a “sale” can include exchanging personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
“Sharing” includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising—advertising based on your activity across different businesses’ websites, apps, or services—even when no money changes hands.
Submit an Opt-Out Request
Email connect@bluespotconnect.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share — BlueSpot Guide.”
You can use this message:
“Please opt me out of the sale or sharing of my personal information by BlueSpot Guide.”
Include only information needed to help us identify the information associated with your request, such as the email address you previously provided to us.
Do not send passwords, identification documents, Social Security numbers, or payment card details.
You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to submit an opt-out request. We may ask for limited information needed to apply your request to the correct records.
Where California law requires it, we will process your opt-out request as soon as feasible and within 15 business days.
What This Request Covers
An opt-out request concerns the sale or sharing of personal information. It does not automatically delete your information or unsubscribe you from promotional emails.
